Nylon double assembled corrugated conduit, also known as double-layer open nylon corrugated conduit, double joint plastic corrugated conduit, split wave conduit, self-locking snake skin conduit, double joint nylon conduit, etc., is a type of wire and cable protective sleeve, mainly made of nylon PA6 material. The double assembled corrugated conduit is double-layer open type which is composed of two layers of conduits, with internal and external openings that can be interlocked to form a complete corrugated conduit. Its main feature is that it can be opened throughout the entire process. When installing, only the inner layer of pipe needs to be cut along the already opened gap of the corrugated conduit, and the cable needs to be placed. The inner layer of soft conduit needs to be closed, and then the outer layer of corrugated conduit needs to be installed, which is very simple.

Due to the fact that it does not require dismantling cables during installation, it is very convenient for later maintenance of wiring and pipelines, without the need to cut off the power interruption signal, which can greatly reduce replacement costs. The connection of the nylon double jointed corrugated conduit has a dedicated detachable joint, which can be opened throughout the entire process like a conduit.
